In December last year, 2021, we finally found a house. We had some savings, but also equity in a house we bought as a rental. Through a contact my wife had in Dubai, he put us in contact with the UK branch of International Property Finance Ltd (IPF). This is where we met Darren Crocker.
Darren took up the baton to help us remortgage our existing property, while identifying and interfacing with a mortgage lender for the new property. To say that the ‘journey’ was easy would not be true.
