This month, Steve travelled to Portugal to meet with our lending partners, following our recent collaboration on two ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients property developments. These projects represent not just significant investment value, but the level of complexity, vision, and attention to detail that defines IPFG’s work in the luxury and international property space.

 

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to cement relationships face-to-face, align on strategy, and ensure seamless communication as both developments progress.
