At International Property Finance Group (IPFG), teamwork and communication sit at the heart of everything we do, especially when it comes to refining the way we serve our clients.

 

This week, Steve (Sales Director), Max (Specialist Finance Consultant), and Helen and Ella from our Operations Team met up in person to focus on all things Bridging, Commercial, and Development Finance.

 

As an exclusively remote-based company, we rely on technology to stay connected day to day, but there’s something uniquely valuable about taking time to meet face to face. These sessions allow us to dive deeper into our processes, share ideas, and ensure that every stage of a client’s journey, from enquiry through to completion, is as seamless and efficient as possible.

 

The meeting was an opportunity to review current workflows, identify where we can streamline communication between advisers and operations, and discuss ways to enhance the overall client experience. By aligning our approach across departments, we continue to build on what IPFG is best known for: personal service, expert advice, and consistent delivery.

 

It was a productive day full of collaboration, clarity, and shared commitment and a great reminder that even in a remote-first business, connection and teamwork remain our greatest strengths.
